We all have our personal sets of problems that we constantly talk about while riding buses, waiting at stop lights, lining up for buying movie tickets, taking a walk with old friends and whatnot. If you happen to be from Lahore, then you would most probably know how peaceful it is to drive here, especially on weekends. Just peaceful enough to deprive you of your good night’s sleep. And if you drive a Suzuki car with manual transmission, then God bless your left foot.
But you see, we humans are thankless creatures. A car owner would complain about too much traffic, a bike owner would complain about the changing weather and too much dirt near construction sites, and a pedestrian would complain about, well, pretty much everything because the only thing we’ve done for pedestrians in this country is to build Lego quality road-crossing bridges for them and then educate them enough for them to know that these bridges really won’t fall.
Anyway, let me get back to the point. Everyone has their personal set of problems.
If you want to get from point A to point B, you are going to face obstacles, no matter how rich or poor you are, and I’m not particularly talking about Lahore but about life as a whole.
God bless us all!
